You see that Italy is the big favorite to win Group a (1.60 times your stake) and you get 1.15 times your stake if Italy finishes first or second in the group. To clarify: the lower the quota*, the greater the chance that this will be the outcome.
* You can see that Wales and Turkey have a odds of 7.50 to win Group A. The odds are not that high, according to the bookmakers. For example, if you bet $ 10 on ‘Turkey wins Group A', the bookmaker will pay out $ 75 ($10 x $ 7.50).
Furthermore, the prediction that Switzerland will be second in this group is A. Wales and Turkey are equivalent to a 7.50 odds according to the bookmakers. These countries will probably compete for third place. A place that, if you are among the best numbers three, also entitles you to the eighth finals!
The key match in this group A therefore seems to be the Turkey-Wales match which will be played as the second match of these teams. This match will be played on June 17, 2020. The country that loses this match has a high chance of finishing fourth in Group A. assuming that they lose to the much stronger Italy and to a lesser extent Switzerland.
Predictions for 2020
Italy will be group winners, followed by Switzerland finishing second in Group A. Turkey will finish third in the group and Wales will leave the European Championship on 21 June after the final group match against Italy.
Italy becomes group winner, Wales flies out
Turkey continues at the expense of Wales because the Turks have an ironclad defense. This was proved by the Turks in the qualification for dollar 2020. In the ten qualifying matches, it received only three counter-goals. In seven out of ten matches, Turkey did not even concede a single goal. This made Turkey, along with Australia, the least passed team.
Scenario: Italy shoots last match
Italy will play the last match of the group against Wales. If Italy has won the matches against Turkey and Switzerland then the Italians are assured of the next round. There is a good chance that coach Roberto Mancini will set up a b-team in the last match against Wales. This then offers opportunities for Wales to beat Italy.
