SPACIOUS HOME WITH A GREAT LOCATION


This spacious elevated home is only a quick stroll away from the center of the Hanmer Springs village full of cafes', restaurants and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa.

You enter this two storey home through the main garage area where you come to a set of stairs to take you up to the main living areas. To the left and right of the stairs are doors that take you through to the lower level of the home.

Upstairs: This space has a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with ranch-sliders that lead out onto a decking area for summer BBQs where at anytime of the day you can sit enjoying a drink and looking at the view over the village. The lounge has a 60 inch flat screen TV with Freeview as well as a DVD player for movie nights and a CD player to enjoy some background music while catching up with friends and family.

The master bedroom is located off a small hallway off the upstairs living area as well as the main bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.

Downstairs: This space features a smaller lounge/dining/kitchen area and has a foldout couch acting as the third bedroom, its a great space for the kids to hangout as well while giving the parents a wee break upstairs as it also has a TV as well. The second bedroom comes off this lower lounge and a curtain is used for privacy. Downstairs also has it's own bathroom with shower and toilet, and the laundry is housed in the area. Please note this area can be cold for winter bookings.

The second door downstairs leads to the third bedroom that consists of a queen bed and a double/single bunk set.

A single garage is available for use as well as having parking for an additional 2 vehicles at the rear of the home.

Please note: This home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $120$180 per night.Two night minimum for weekends and school holidays.
