Large Spacious Home with a Fantastic Location


This home does not allow groups of individuals, only families will be considered.

Built in 2012/13 on a flat section this large four bedroom home has just about everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Large living areas, lots of bedrooms and you can park your car at the home and walk the 5mins to the village center full of cafes, restaurants and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools. This is an excellent home for a large family or families.

The main living spaces are open plan with a well equipped modern kitchen and a living area set up with a flat screen TV with Sky basic and Sky Sport. There is also a DVD player for all of those movie evenings while on holiday. A sky decoder is provided at the home as well should you wish to bring your own sky card with you.

All of the beds in the four bedrooms have electric blankets should you need them in the winter months and every bedroom has been thoughtfully built with reading lights for every bed. Both queen bedrooms also have flat screen TVs with Freeview installed. The king singles in the third bedroom can also be zipped together to create a king size bed if needed.

The two modern bathrooms, one an en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom, have underfloor heating for your comfort in the cooler times to keep those toes warm and heated towel rails and bathroom heaters for your convenience. The hallways and laundry all have sensor lights in place so there is no fumbling in the dark for light switches should you have to get up during the night.

Outside is a large deck with BBQ for summer evening entertaining, as well as only being a 5 minute walk to the village center this home is also on the edge of the Dog Stream Reserve with easy access to both walking and mountain bike tracks for those beautiful sunny days out and about and spending time with the family.

Please note: This home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.


Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $120$320 per night.Two night minimum for weekends and school holidays.
