This gem is a real home away from home. The living areas are open plan and the house is situated perfectly to capture the views of the Hanmer mountains and village.
The master bedroom (with a queen bed) is on the lower level off the lounge. Also located on the ground floor is the lounge, dining, kitchen areas along with the bathroom and separate toilet.
A mezzanine area at the top of the spiral staircase contains a single bed and area for the kids to play with the games provided. There are two bedrooms off either side of the mezzanine area and these have the single beds in them. Please note that due to the spiral staircase (as shown in pictures) those with toddlers may wish to consider very carefully before booking this home.
To keep warm in winter heating the home is a breeze with a cosy log fire. All beds have electric blankets. A portacot is also provided for the little ones.
The flat screen 40inch TV has free-view and there are plenty of board games to keep the family entertained.
To help absorb the wonderful views, extensive decking around the home allows you to sit back and relax on those summer evenings while enjoying a BBQ, and a glass of wine with family or friends.
Outside there is a grassed area for the kids to run around and the carport runs under the house and will comfortably fit two cars. There is plenty of other off street parking around the home as well.
Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $80$160 per night.
Two night minimum for weekends and school holidays.
