This cozy two bedroom home on lovely sunny hill section has stunning views from the deck and main living areas over looking the village and the lovely garden setting.

Room one has a Queen bed, room two has 2 singles and another 2 single mattresses in the loft. (Please note the loft would not be suitable for young children). Another sleeping option is a double fold out couch in the sun room.

The sun room is great for one to sit back and relax with a good book and enjoy some peace and quiet.

You will be warm in the winter with the log fire in the lounge and an electric blanket on the queen bed. TV, video, and DVD player. Microwave, fridge/freezer. Laundry with washing machine.

Please note: this home does not provide a rubbish bin so we ask that you please take your rubbish with you. Thank you

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $70$115 per night.
