Lovely large four bedroom home with great views and all day sun. Located at the end of a private driveway on Chisholm Crescent, this home is very central to the shops and pools.
The laundry with washing machine, and twin room are downstairs, while the kitchen, lounge, dining area, bathrooms and three bedrooms are all upstairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite. Gas hot water.
SKY TV with basic channels, video, DVD, dishwasher. The log fire with fire guard and nightstore heater keeps the house warm over winter and electric blankets keep you warm at night. The large deck and out door living area with gas BBQ is great for those summer BBQs. Children welcome. NB this home does not have a garage for use however there is a carport and plenty of off street parking.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $100$150 per night.Two night minimum for weekends and school holidays.
