Bedrooms are located downstairs with one bathroom and shower, with another bathroom and separate toilet upstairs along with the kitchen, dining, lounge, and outside deck area, plus the bonus of a loft area for older children. Please note this is via a wall ladder and parental supervision is recommended and at your own risk.
The large queen bedroom has a permanent cot setup, but linen is not provided

Freeview T.V and BBQ are provided at the property.

This property access is located on a steep hillside surrounded by trees, and has off street parking space for one car.

Well behaved dogs only are welcome at this property, but not on the furniture, and don't forget to clean up after your pet before you leave. This section is not fenced

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $110$190 per night.Two night minimum for weekends and school holidays.
