COZY FAMILY COTTAGE

Situated on a large family sized section, this is the perfect cottage for one or two families wanting to enjoy a Hanmer break away.

You enter this cute wee cottage through the laundry at the back of the home into an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that are heated with a good sized log fire, with fire guard, that heats the whole house in the winter. You can snuggling on the couches watching Sky TV with Sport, or playing one of the numerous board games the home owners have provided for you entertainment. Also provided is a DVD player for those movie nights or just listening to music on the CD player in the lounge.

There are three to four bedrooms with this home. The first three bedrooms are in the main house off a short hallway from the lounge. The first bedroom has a queen bed and off this bedroom is a sunroom, or second bedroom, that holds a single bed to keep those little ones close if required. The third bedroom is set up with a double/single bunk set and the fourth bedroom, separate from the main house, off the carport, also holds a double/single bunk set. This bedroom has its own electric heating for the winter. All beds have electric blankets.

The bathroom in this home has a shower over a shub style bath and a separate toilet for your convenience, the bathroom is located off the hallway also.

Outside the fully fenced section is perfect for the children to run around while you watch them play and enjoy a coffee or evening drinks and nibbles from the covered veranda. In the garden is a swing set and a tree swing as well as a trampoline for those beautiful sunny days, and if it happens to be too hot or, a little cloudy, you can hang out in the carport, in the shade, and challenge each other to a table tennis game.

Please note: This home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.


Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $90$130 per night.Two night minimum for weekends and school holidays.
