Electric blankets are on both queen beds and hot water bottles are provided for the singles to keep you warm in those cooler winter months as well as the log fire with fireguard in the lounge to keep everyone cosy while watching TV or playing games while the snow falls down outside.

The owners have provided Freeview and books for a nice relaxed holiday away. If you prefer to be out and about it is only a 10 min walk to the center of the village, forest walks and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools, as well as a large selection of cafe\\\'s and restaurants.

Supervision may be required for littler ones as there are steps up to the front and the back door of this home.

Small well behaved dogs only are welcome at this fully fenced property

Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $80$140 per night.Two night minimum for weekends and school holidays.
