This charming 2 bedroom, modern, open plan home has location, sun, and views perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing holiday away from the rigors of everyday life! Take in the views overlooking the Hanmer Forest and rugged mountain backdrop from the lounge, master bedroom, decks and the new outside hot tub.

Minimum 2 night stay on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.

Very sunny home, 2 great decks to soak up the sun and the view in summer, and a lovely fire to keep the home warm and cosy in the winter months.

Enjoy all Hanmer has to offer - Hot Pools, Conical Hill Walkway, Mountain Biking, Great Shopping and Restaurants, all within an easy 10 minute walk down to the village.

Great home for a family with plenty of space inside and out for children to run around away from the very busy main road and very close to the Conical Hill walkway and reserve.

Home sleeps 7 comfortably but note that the second double bed is a very comfortable pull out sofa bed (that has a innersprung mattress) in the lounge.

A great place to enjoy a quiet weekend getaway or family holiday!

Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.


Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $80$150 per night.Two night minimum for weekends and school holidays.
